Qualified Search is known for its high ethics and quality candidates. All placement candidates must adhere to our strict code of conduct in order to be considered part of our proprietary candidate network.

As a Qualified Search Candidate, I Promise to Adhere to the Following Code of Conduct:

  • I have been honest about my professional qualifications and experiences.
  • I have been honest about my education credentials.
  • I understand that when I am interviewing for a position, that I am representing myself and Qualified Search and I will display professionalism at all times in all situations.
  • I will answer all questions with honesty.
  • I will keep Qualified Search abreast of all activities that occur with companies that Qualified Search puts me in the interview process.

Qualified Search Pledges to:

  • Treat all candidates with respect and courtesy.
  • Keep all candidate information confidential.
  • Inform candidates in a timely manner about the status of jobs where they have been selected to interview.
  • Provide unsuccessful candidates who have been interviewed with feedback if they so choose.
  • Seek references and information about candidates only from public sources and the list of names requested from candidates. No references are contacted without candidates’ express permission.
